How do US Compliance Settings Work (EEO, OFCCP, Veteran Status, Work Status, & Affirmative Action)?

In Jobvite, you have 2 US compliance options: EEO, and OFCCP. You can select whichever option your company is subject to.

EEO and OFFCP settings are found in
Admin > Compliance > Application Compliance > US Compliance

EEO Reporting:
Adds voluntary questions to apply page of United States based requisitions.

Affirmative Action Program Text in the EEO/OFCCP
As an admin, you can enable or disable the Affirmative Action Program (AAP) in your EEO/OFCCP forms. By disabling this text, AAP content is removed from either the EEO declaration on the Apply Page or on the inline OFCCP form (for US jobs only).

Note: This is applicable for customers that have US compliance (EEO/OFCCP) enabled and are on the latest career website framework.

Users in Jobvite with Human Resources role can view EEO data in reports.

Veteran Status:
Adds voluntary questions to apply page of United States based requisitions. It is recommended that you verify that you are eligible to collect this data at the time a candidate applies prior to enabling this feature.

Users in Jobvite with Human Resources role can view data on the candidate record and in reports.

There are two options for Veteran Status Questions - VETS-100 and VETS-100A:

Track Candidate Search: Adds OFCCP Compliance search to candidates page.

Note: Users in Jobvite with Human Resources role can view OFCCP searches in reports.

Work Status (found in More > Admin > Hire > Requisition Settings):
If selected, Work Status adds a work status eligibility question for candidates who apply within Jobvite. Users with access to the candidate record will be able to see this information. It is recommended that you verify that you are eligible to collect this data at the time a candidate applies prior to enabling this feature. If you want to display this option on your career site, you will also need to contact support.

The default Work Statuses below may be customized by clicking the Customize Work Status link, (as shown above). Please indicate which work statuses you would like included when you submit a ticket to have work status added to your apply pages.

Note: If you choose to customize your work status listing, these default selections will be removed; you will need to list/include any of the default statuses that you wish to have in your customized list.
