Overview
There may be occasions where you have already sent your Employment Application online form via an interview invitation in Evolve ATS. Still, you would like to resend it without necessarily inviting the candidate to another interview.
To facilitate these occasions, administrators can create a special workflow step that recruiters or hiring managers can use anytime this situation arises.

Navigate to your user menu, then select Admin.
Click ATS.
Click View Interview Types.
Click Add Interview Type.
Name the new Interview Type Send Employment App.
Click Save.
Click the new interview type.
Click Edit.
Change Scheduling to None and click the box for Has invitation.
Click Save, and you will be redirected to the Interview Type page.
From the Interview Type page, select the Interview Evaluation.
NOTE: You must repeat this process for each interview evaluation using the send employment app interview type.
Select Candidate Invitation Email, then click Add Form.
Select Employment Application from the form dropdown menu.
Click Submit.
Click Edit.
Click the Select Placeholder dropdown, then choose online-form-link: Employment Application.
Click Insert, then click Save.
