Overview

To ensure that our emails are delivered quickly and reliably to your employees when using Evolve ATS, please ensure that your IT team is following our best practices for email validation:

Best Practices

  • Evolve ATS Email Validation - Evolve utilizes Send Policy Framework (SPF) and DomainKey Identified Mail (DKIM) email validation systems to ensure that emails addressed as jobvite.com emails are truly from us. Ensure that your mail exchanger (the mail server responsible for accepting Internet email messages on behalf of your domain) is configured to use at least one, if not both, SPF and DKIM to authenticate the validity of all received emails.
  • Outlook Junk E-Mail Settings - If using a Microsoft Outlook email client, please add jobvite.com to your respective Safe Domains list in the Outlook Junk E-Mail settings. For instructions on how to add jobvite.com to the Safe Domains list, please refer to the documentation for your specific version of Outlook.
  • SPAM Filter Settings - Create a SPAM exception rule to allow delivery of all jobvite.com emails validated as legitimate through SPF and/or DKIM. This specific workflow is critical:
    • Jobvite.com email validated with SPF/DKIM > SPAM exception rule to allow delivery of all jobvite.com email (CORRECT)
    • SPAM exception rule to allow delivery of all jobvite.com email > Jobvite.com email validated with SPF/DKIM (INCORRECT)
