Overview
The Evolve ATS Join Us App (JUA) is available to Engage users. This allows job-seekers who are interested in working at your company to sign up for job notifications and automatically adds them to Contacts so that you can build and manage your talent pool. The app can be placed within any site where you control the HTML, such as career sites and blogs.

NOTE: All users in companies with Evolve ATS Engage have access to the Join Us App. However, only Engage seat-holders can customize the app for your organization.
How to Customize the Join Us App
Navigate to your user menu > Apps.
Copy the displayed code and place it inside the body tag at the bottom of your web page HTML code. The code snippet is customized to include tracking information to track submissions as an employee referral and as ‘added’ from the signed-in user.
You can use the Customize App selection to modify the default settings for the Join Us App. You can add a Title and Description that prospects will see when they use the Join Us App. You can allow prospects to upload their resume, in addition to the options of using their Facebook or LinkedIn profiles to auto-fill the contact form.
Other options when you customize include:
- The ability to include the desired Location field for those who sign up. This can help match prospects to openings.
- Send Job Alerts for those who sign up.
- Designate the Source to which those who enroll will be attributed. We recommend creating a source called Career Site.
- Add a Contact Status. We recommend using Warm as a contact status. This is because they have not applied for a job; they are not candidates. They are showing interest, so they are considered warm vs. new.
- Add those who enroll to specific email Campaigns. We recommend creating a campaign to add new submissions to automatically.
- Select Tags to automatically assign to enrollees. To make them easily filterable, we recommend creating a tag called Career Site JUA.
You also have the option to use Fluid Width for the Join Us App. We recommend using this option for a better mobile device experience.
After you have made all your selections in this template, click Copy to copy the amended HTML code that reflects/includes all your customizations.
Jobs of Interest
Categories within Evolve ATS will show as Jobs of Interest within the Join Us App. To add, edit, or delete categories, follow the steps below.
NOTE: You will need the Admin role to access Categories.
Navigate to Admin > Configurations > View Categories.
You can do the following:
- Add a new category.
- Edit an existing category.
- Delete an existing category.
Add a New Category
Click Add Category.
Add a name for your category in the text field.
Click Save.
Repeat the process above to add any additional categories.
The new categories will now appear on all existing and future Join Us App as selections for prospects to identify their Jobs of Interest.
Edit an Existing Category
Click the edit icon next to the category you want to modify.
Update the new category name in the text field.
Click Save.
Delete an Existing Category
Click the delete icon next to the category name.
Click Delete.
