Overview
The All Jobs page allows users to search, find, filter, and sort job lists available at the company.
Audience
Admins or users with specific role access.
Use Cases
- A user wants to see job details of an ATS job published on a career site.
- A user wants to create a manual job for an event.
- A user wants to access candidates who were sourced for a job.
- A user wants to find a hard-to-file job and selectively broadcast it to a paid job board.
All Jobs List
Select the Jobs tab.
A list of All Jobs in the company and a filter panel will be available.
Users can toggle between the Card View (default) or Table View.

Each Job displays the following:
- Job Title – The name of the Job. Click the job title to display the Job.
- Job Group ID – The Job ID for all jobs in the group. This job ID is typically used in the ATS and exposed to candidates on career sites or Job Broadcast. Click the Job Group ID to go into the list of jobs in that group.
- State – The system status of the Job.
- Active – The Job is active and will be displayed on career sites, sent to job boards via Job Broadcast, and available for users to use in CRM (e.g., Add to Job, Send Email with job merge codes).
- Inactive – The Job is archived.
- Draft – The Job is in draft. It has not been made active yet. It is not available anywhere except in the All Jobs or List of Jobs in a specific job list.
- Language – The language of the Job. Each job instance must have a language, but multiple jobs in a single Job Group may each have different language versions.
- External ID – The unique external facing identifier of a job instance with the same feed + language.
- Date Updated – The date the Job last had a material change in Evolve.
- Date Created – The date the Job was first created in Evolve. Table View only.
- Location – The location of the Job. It can be displayed as a City, State, and/or Country.
- Candidate Count – The number of candidates on the Job Candidate List in CRM related to the Job Group.
- Manual Broadcast—Yes, if this Job is manually/selectively broadcast to one or more job boards. No, if there are no manual/selective broadcasts.
- Assigned Users – The number of assigned users on the Job.
- Source Feed – The name of the Job feed, which can indicate the origin of the Job. If a user created the Job in Evolve directly or imported, it will display as Manual.
Sorting
Users can sort the jobs in All Jobs by the following fields (in ascending or descending order):
- Updated At (default, ascending)
- Created At
- External ID
- Group ID
- Location
- Language
- Feed
- Candidate Count
Filters
Globally Standard filters include:
- State – The status of the Job, which can be Active, Archived, or Draft. By default, it shows All Jobs.
- Owner – The person assigned to the Job. Owned by Me or Not Owned by Me are possible filter values, but neither option is selected by default.
- Country – Filter by the country of the Job. By default, it shows jobs from all countries.
- Language – Filter by the language of the Job. By default, it shows jobs with any language.
- Manual Broadcast – Filter by jobs that have a manual broadcast (selective per post Broadcast)
Other standard fields can be enabled in Standard Fields for Jobs as a filter for Jobs. The following are the possible fields that can be enabled (based on the fields being used by the company and/or populated by the Job Feed integration):
- Org Level 1 – Company
- Org Level 2 – Business Unit
- Org Level 3 – Department
- Job Subcategory
- Job Level
- Job Category
- Reporting Region
- Remote Work
- Confidential
NOTE: The values in the standard filters (other than Confidential) are based on the actual values used on the jobs, not based on the configured possible list value.
Custom fields can be enabled in Custom Fields for Jobs and Enabled as a filter for Jobs. The field must already be mapped to the search index (i.e., cfm1 to cfm25) and of type list or Centralized list.
Actions
Each Job has a series of actions that can be performed, some within the 3-dot menu. The actions that are globally available include:
- Assign to Me – Allows users to assign the Job to themselves if previously not assigned.
- This action is available directly on the Job List Table or Card View.
- Unassign to Me – Allows users to unassign the Job from themselves if it was previously assigned.
- This action is available directly on the Job List Table or Card View.
- View – The user can view the Job.
- This will navigate to the Job Profile View.
- Edit – The user can edit the Jobs List
- Only available for company Admins or a user with the Edit Jobs privilege.
- Manage Assignment – The user can assign the Job to one or more users.
- Archive – If the Job is Active, the user can Archive it.
- Activate – If the Job is Archived, the user can Activate it
- Delete – The user can delete a job.
- Only available for company Admins or users with Edit Jobs privilege
Other actions depend on being in context to a Job List and may require specific features or modules to be on along with a user having particular privileges enabled.
- Clone – The user can clone a job to make a new one.
- Requires the Clone Job feature to be enabled for the company.
- Only available for the company Admins or a user with Edit Jobs privilege
- New Broadcast – The user can broadcast this Job to manual/selective boards
- Requires the Job Broadcast module to be Enabled
- Requires Job Broadcast privilege
- Job must be in context to a Job List with this feature Enabled
- Update Broadcast – The user can update an existing manual/selective Job Broadcast
- Requires the Job Broadcast module to be Enabled
- Requires Job Broadcast privilege
- Job must be in context to a Job List with this feature Enabled
- Rebroadcast
- Requires the Job Broadcast module to be Enabled
- Requires Job Broadcast privilege
- Job must be in context to a Job List with this feature Enabled
- Delete Broadcast – A Services User can delete a Job Broadcast record (as part of a data cleanup, correction, or troubleshooting)
- Requires the Job Broadcast module to be Enabled
- Only available to Service Users (not company users)
- Job must be in context to a Job List with this feature Enabled
- Manage Agencies – Users can send the Job to Agencies or remove jobs previously sent to Agencies
- Requires the Agency module to be Enabled
- Requires Job Broadcast privilege
- Job must be in context to a Job List with this feature Enabled
- Share – Users can share the Job externally
- Job must be in context to a Job List with this feature Enabled
- Generates a URL that can be copied to the clipboard and shared to social networks
- The URL is based on the Job List context (i.e., the URL to the Job inside of an external career site)
