Overview
Once your account has been created in Evolve ATS, you can enter personal information and set up preferences for your account.
Audience
All Evolve ATS users.
Navigation
Navigate to your user menu > My Account.
Here, you will be able to set up and adjust settings specific to your preferences.
Profile
In the (default) Profile tab, you can:
- Change your password
- Populate your email signature field for messages that go out to colleagues and candidates
- Update system time-out settings
- Set your items per page.
- Adjust your time zone
- Add alternate approvers
- Setup Out of Office settings
Best Practice: Do not include your email address in your signature. Not adding it will encourage candidates to reply in Evolve, which tracks all conversations in one place. Also, set your items per page to a maximum of 50.
If you are a requisition or offer approver, you can choose Alternate Approver(s) and set your Out of Office Settings to Yes so your approval messages will be rerouted in your absence. When you return to the office, you can come back to this page and set Out of Office to No to resume receiving your approval requests.
Preferences
In the Preferences tab, you can indicate how you would like to receive email messages regarding the activities related to your requisitions in Evolve ATS. Your choices include:
- Receiving no notifications
- Instant or daily digest emails
- No notifications (Do Not Send)
You have several categories of messages in which you can make your selections.
Job Alerts
Job Alerts in Evolve ATS allow internal candidates to elect to receive job alerts from their own organization rather than needing to look at the All-Open Requisitions dashboard widget or the Requisitions tab. With enrollment in Job Alerts, the recruiting staff does not have to actively reach out to employees through internal Jobvites (via the Employees tab).
Click + Create New Alert.
Complete the fields in the Create New Job Alert window:
- Job Category - Displays categories within your organization
- Location - Displays locations where your organization hires
Click Save. The Job Alerts appear under your company name along with the expiration date.
Authorized Apps
Authorized Apps allows you (and all employees with an Evolve login) to select any personal social networks and email accounts with which you want to connect your Evolve account. If you store your password information here, you won't have to log in whenever you want to send a Jobvite or see information from these social networks.
This is also where you connect to email and other integrations (Google Calendar, TalentWise, DocuSign).
Publisher
The Publisher tab is where you can enable the network publisher to automate the posting of jobs to social networks. Here, you can also:
- Update your status on Twitter and LinkedIn
- Customize the maximum number of jobs to post within a certain period (i.e., only one job per day)
- Select just the Categories of jobs or Locations (i.e., product management in San Francisco, CA) that you would like to share, or leave the Select All setting on
My Templates
The My Templates tab is where you create personal email templates to save time on communications you frequently send to candidates.
NOTE: Personal Email Templates must be enabled by your Admin for individual users to have this option.
