Analytics Terminology - The following article includes some of the most important terms to get you started in the Analytics platform.
Standard Reports - Evolve ATS- Many standard reports are available to assist you in finding the data you are looking for. Standard reports are divided into categories that match Evolve ATS (Jobvite) modules.
Standard Reports - Evolve RM- Many standard reports are available to assist you in finding the data you’re looking for. Standard reports are divided into categories matching the Evolve Recruitment Marketing (RM) (Talemetry) modules.
Intelligent Messaging Standard Reports- Two dashboards have been created to demonstrate overall Intelligent Messaging performance at the Company and Recruiter levels. In addition, there are several data models to support ad hoc analysis.
Add Filters to Reports, Dashboards, and Looks- Adding filters to reports, dashboards, and looks allows you to customize your data and ensure your reports reflect the data you want to see.
Date Range Filters- The date range filter affects most charts on Analytics dashboards, which defines the time frame within which data is measured. The date range filter is highly configurable, allowing you to search within dates from a wide range of relative and absolute time frames.
Dashboard Filters- Filters allow you to refine the data sets visualized on dashboards to zero in on specific insights. Proper use of filters is key to getting the most out of your recruitment data.
Drill-down into Report Data- Drill-downs enable you to access more detailed information by interacting with a summarized or aggregated part of a report, allowing you to gain valuable insights into your company’s metrics.
Download Reports and Data from Reports- Analytic reports, whether single reports or dashboards, can be downloaded in multiple formats, including PDF, CSV, and more.
Copy/Share a Report- Copying/sharing both standard and custom reports allows you to modify the report and share it with others in your company.
Add a Look to a Dashboard- Adding a Look to a dashboard in the Analytics platform allows you to view specific data sets and different visualizations in one place.
Add a New Field to a Standard Report- Adding new fields to your reports allows you to include additional beneficial data.
Create a Custom Report- Utilizing the option to create a custom report in the Analytics platform is a great way to pull report data that might not be included in the standard reports.
Save a Report- The ability to save reports in the Analytics platform allows you to easily access custom or modified standard reports without recreating them.
Delete Reports- The ability to delete reports within the Analytics platform helps remove Looks or Dashboards that are no longer needed.
Schedule and Delete Scheduled Reports- The Analytics platform allows you to schedule and send reports, facilitating regular data distribution to you and your team for easy analysis. Additionally, it allows to delete scheduled reports when they are no longer needed.
Pivot Data- In the Analytics platform, viewing multiple dimensions by pivoting one of them horizontally is often simpler. This turns each value in that dimension into a column in your report, enhancing visual clarity and minimizing the need for scrolling to locate data. Analytics allows for up to 200 pivoted values.
