Overview
If you want to chat with contacts in your Pipeline, you must utilize the Chrome Browser extension rather than the Intelligent Messaging widget. Currently, the widget is only supported within ATS pages inside of Evolve.

Download Chrome Browser Extension
Click here to download your browser's Candidate Messaging by Employ Chrome extension. Click Add to Chrome and follow the download instructions.
When the Chrome extension has been added, select the Candidate Messaging by Employ icon from your toolbar menu in your browser.
Login using your Jobvite/Evolve email and via SSO.
Start Text Chats with Pipeline Contacts
Once logged in to the Chrome extension, you can chat with Pipeline Contacts. Navigate to your pipeline contacts.
Add Contacts to Browser Extension
Add any contact with a valid phone number to the Chrome Browser extension and start a text conversation. Click the phone number on the Contact record. You can also click the Candidate Messaging Chrome extension icon in your browser toolbar to add the contact you are currently viewing.
The contact name, phone number, email address, and tag(s) will be synced to the browser extension. You can also immediately send the contact a Welcome Message. Click Next to add the contact to the browser extension.
Select the Chat Option, Assign to Job, and Tags. Select Send Welcome Message, then click Add Candidate.
The contact has been added to Candidate Messaging. Click Go to Chat.
Send Text to Contacts
When a contact has been added to Candidate Messaging, you can start your text chat using the Chrome extension or the Intelligent Messaging Application Manager. In the Chrome extension chat window, type your message and click the Send icon to send your text message.
In the chat window, type # to view a list of your saved messages. Select one to send to the contact.
Click the Send icon to send the text message.
