Overview
Automated candidate invitations allow customers to send interview details to candidates in Evolve ATS automatically. With this feature, recruiters can automatically send details to candidates once they progress to the next stage, eliminating the need for manual follow-ups to candidates regarding their interview and screening details.

Configuration
Required. Customers must update their Interview Types and scheduling information.
Navigate to your user menu, then select Admin.
Click ATS > View Interview Types.
Click the edit icon next to the desired Interview Name.
Click Edit.
This feature can support our scheduling of None or Interview.
You will see the Scheduling field is None, but there is still a Candidate Invitation along with the option to Automatically Send Candidate Invitation. This option can be used when you want to send a candidate a screening form (or employment application in this example) via automation.
You will see the Scheduling field is Schedule, using Jobvite as the Interview Scheduler, Candidate Invitation is selected to Has Invitation, and Automatically Send Candidate Invitation after Interviewer accepts invite is selected to Yes. This option is used when the scheduler or recruiter invites an interviewer to conduct an interview. Once they accept the invitation, the system will automatically send the invitation to the candidate.
Screening Forms
Navigate to your user menu, then select Admin.
Click ATS > View Screening Forms.
Click desired screening form.
Click Advanced Options.
Within this pop-up, you will see the following:
- Move to: Employment Application If Score between 66% and 100%
- Move to: New If Score between 0% and 65%
This is configurable. So, if you have a candidate that scores less than 65%, you can change it to Rejected or whichever Workflow Step you choose. But, if you deem the candidate a good candidate, they will be moved to the Employment Application for additional information.
