Introduction
In Evolve Recruitment Marketing (RM), the Application Review step allows candidates to edit data collected from prior steps, including data extracted from their resume or CV. The primary data collected pertains to the candidate's contact information, work history, and education history. The data reviewed will go into the final candidate submission.
NOTE: This page is required if there is a Skip Apply option or no Apply Social Media step.
The primary use cases for Application Review are the following:
- The company wishes to collect fundamental data without requesting a resume or social media.
- The company wishes the candidate to be able to fill out a form without a resume.
- The company wishes to validate specific data about the candidate's contact information, work history, and/or education.
- The company wishes to ensure specific fields are required and collected from the candidate.
