The Source Tracking settings in Recruitment Marketing (RM) allow you to view your ATS disposition settings for job applications. These are critical in downstream processes, including:
Analytics - Reporting in the data warehouse to identify candidates who were hired
CRM - Identify hired candidates on a job so that Auto Talent Rediscovery does not invite other candidates to apply.
Referrals - Identify candidates at various stages and dispositions on jobs. This is then used for notifications to employees, identification of a hire (and then calculating final eligibility), and to award gamification points.
Job Broadcast - Send disposition updates back to specific job boards when candidates who applied via that job board reach specific mapped stages/dispositions.
NOTE: Company Administrators can view ATS dispositions but cannot edit them. Please submit a Help Center ticket if you need to make changes to your ATS dispositions.
Additionally, the Source Tracking settings allow you to configure the Disposition Sync to Job Boards.

The Source Tracking page shows the available Recruiting Marketing statuses/stages that can be mapped to from the ATS dispositions. Within each Recruiting Marketing status, it is common to have multiple ATS disposition statuses (comma-separated) that will be rolled up to the status. The statuses are:
Applied - These are typically the initial steps before a recruiter gets involved. Example statuses: New or Applied.
In Process - These are typically disposition statuses where a candidate is being considered for a role before and/or after Interviewing. Example statuses: phone screening by a recruiter, pre-screening, hiring manager review, and approval by the hiring manager.
Interview - These are disposition statuses indicating a candidate's various stages of being interviewed. Example statuses: Hiring Manager interview, panel interview, or other types of interviewing for consideration.
Offer - These are typically the stages around an offer being extended and considered by a candidate. This could include an offer accepted before being hired.
-
Hired - These are typically the stages related to a candidate officially being hired. Typically, there are a very limited number of ATS dispositions listed here—examples include statuses such as Rehire, External Hire, Internal Hire, or Hired.
NOTE: The Hired status must be properly considered, as there are significant downstream impacts on the Hired reports and Referrals if this step is not completed or missed.
Not Successful - These are the ATS dispositions where a candidate is no longer in consideration for the job. Example statuses: rejected, unsuccessful, job is closed, and this candidate wasn’t selected, not qualified, or salary expectations were too high.
NOTE: Statuses cannot be removed from this list, as it would impact the analytics.
