Overview
The following article provides an overview of how to attach default forms or attachments to your interview invitation emails in Evolve ATS.

Configuration
Navigate to your user menu, then select Admin.
Click ATS.
Click View Interview Types.
Select the desired interview.
Select the interview evaluation.
Select Candidate Invitation Email, then click Add Form or Add Attachment.
Add Attachment
Select a file from your documents.
Click Upload, then click Save.
Repeat this process as needed for each interview evaluation within each of your interviews.
Add Form
Select a form from the form dropdown menu.
Click Submit.
Click Edit.
Click the Select Placeholder dropdown, then choose online-form-link: Employment Application.
Click Insert, then click Save.
Repeat this process as needed for each interview evaluation within each of your interviews.
