Overview

Release Date

The Jobvite Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Recruitment Marketing (RM) Releases are scheduled during the maintenance window on Wednesday, July 16th. No major downtime is anticipated during the release process. Still, there may be minor interruptions to service as system components are upgraded across our server farms and hosting facilities.

This release impacts Jobvite ATS, Recruitment Marketing, Analytics & Reporting, and Onboarding with improvements across all areas of the system.

ATS

Indeed Apply Screening Questions with Tabular Questions

Customers have had to choose between using tabular structured screening questions or Indeed's simplified application process, which limits their ability to both gather necessary candidate information and provide an easy application experience.

What Changed

Indeed Easy Apply with Screening Questions now supports tabular questions, allowing Jobvite customers to include structured screening questions alongside Indeed's one-click apply process for job seekers.

This removes the barrier preventing customers with tabular screening questions from using Indeed's Easy Apply.

What Changed

This feature enables Admin users to enable or disable sharing candidate states with ZipRecruiter when the application is submitted through ZipRecruiter.

EEO Compliance Controls

Due to the recent Executive Order 11246, Jobvite ATS has updated the US Compliance Settings page to support the ability to enable or disable the Race and/or Gender questions.

EEO Compliance Controls allows organizations to configure which demographic questions appear in applications based on their legal team's specific guidance.

Configuration Required - Customer’s administrators will need to work with their legal counsel to determine the desired US Compliance settings that should be enabled to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Then, the Admin can update the company’s settings based on their legal recommendations.

Auto Talent Rediscovery

Future Emails Tab

CRM users can schedule emails to be sent to candidates in the future. However, there was no visibility of scheduled emails on profiles, nor was there a way to find candidates who are scheduled to receive emails in the future.

What Changed

The Future Emails Tab is a new feature on candidate profiles that displays all upcoming emails scheduled to be sent, including the date and time they’ll be sent, as well as their content. Recruiters can search for candidates using the future emails filter to see who is receiving what messages and when, helping teams stay organized and avoid sending duplicate emails.

Future Emails and Profile Tab

Candidate Duplicates by Phone Number Report

Since CRM collects candidates from multiple sources, duplicates are inevitably introduced into the system over time. Today, automated deduplication is based on the email address; however, the second most common duplication factor, phone number, is not covered. Common examples include:

  • The candidate changes their email. The mobile phone stays the same.
  • The candidate changes their last name. Their email may change and their mobile phone remains the same.

It is time-consuming and manual to find duplicates in CRM.

What Changed

A report that enables customers to identify duplicates based on phone number will allow users to review the suggestions and merge those that need to be merged.

Any active or inactive Jobvite user with custom analytics content not used in the past 12 months.
