Release Date

The Evolve Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Recruitment Marketing (RM) Releases are scheduled during the maintenance window on Wednesday, May 28th. No major downtime is anticipated during the release process. Still, there may be minor interruptions to service as system components are upgraded across our server farms and hosting facilities.

Release Impact

This release impacts Evolve ATS and Onboarding, Recruitment Marketing, Platform Integrations, Analytics and Reporting, with improvements across all areas of the system.

Source Mapping

Currently, mapping ATS sources to CRM requires manual work. When mapping is incorrect or missing, candidates get lost, and reporting becomes inaccurate. Customers expect seamless integration between different parts of the suite, but when candidates disappear due to mapping errors, trust in the product erodes.

What Changed

CRM Source Mapping ensures your candidate sources stay consistent between Jobvite’s CRM and ATS. Instead of doing it manually (and risking losing data), you can quickly link new sources in the ATS to ones in the CRM using a simple dropdown. You can easily create one if the correct Source doesn’t exist yet.

CRM Source Mapping

CRM in ATS

Recruiters using Jobvite ATS often need to switch back and forth between systems to view or update candidates in the CRM, which slows them down.

What Changed

Seamlessly sync more candidate data between the ATS and Evolve CRM. Recruiters can now see which CRM talent lists a candidate belongs to and take basic CRM actions without leaving the ATS.

Evolve RM CRM in ATS

Indeed Disposition Sync

Candidates who apply through job boards such as Indeed would like to get updates about their applications on the job board platforms.

Sharing the candidate statuses with Indeed would also enable Indeed to provide better visibility of the jobs to the right candidates. This will help customers to get better quality candidates in the future.

What Changed

Sharing the candidate dispositions with Indeed would allow the candidates to view their application status within the Indeed platform.

This will also enable Indeed to create better visibility of our customers' jobs and increase the quality of applications they receive.

Create Job Board Link for RM Career Sites

Evolve Talent Acquisition Suite customers can't create custom, trackable job board URLs, limiting their ability to effectively share and track job postings across various platforms. This makes it harder to share jobs on different websites and know which sites work best for recruiting.

What Changed

Customers can now create trackable job board links from the requisition details page. These links direct candidates to the Recruitment Marketing career site and accurately track application sources.

Recruiters face significant challenges in the hiring process, particularly when it comes to hard-to-fill roles such as doctors or engineers, which require particular skills that can be easily overlooked in large applicant pools. High-volume hiring further complicates the process, making screening candidates consistently and reasonably challenging. On average, recruiters spend around 23 hours reviewing resumes just to make a single hire, yet qualified candidates are often missed despite this effort. At the same time, time is wasted interviewing individuals who aren't the right fit. This inefficiency drains resources and slows down the screening process, increasing the risk of losing top talent in today’s highly competitive job market.

DocuSign Signature Ordering

Currently, recruiters can't choose who signs offer letters first. Most companies prefer internal signers to review the offer letters before sending them to candidates to ensure accuracy and professionalism.

What Changed

Customers will be able to set the order to sign the offer letters. They can choose whether the company signs first, allowing for a final review before sending to candidates.

Configurable Columns in Requisition List View

Recruiters and hiring managers waste valuable time navigating between screens to access essential requisition information. With only five fixed columns in the current Requisition List view, users cannot customize what they see at a glance, forcing them to click into individual requisitions repeatedly to find critical data they need for decision-making and reporting.

What Changed

With Configurable Columns in Requisition List View, admins can customize which requisition information appears in the main view, increasing available columns from 5 to 8. They can select and arrange which data fields matter most to their specific workflows and priorities.

Updates to JV Career Website Platform for ADA Compliance

A recent audit identified a few areas of improvement for Jobvite Career Website to be ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliant.

What Changed

We have addressed the gaps in ADA compliance to make our Jobvite career website ADA Compliant.

Recruitment Marketing

Campaign Usability: Public & Private Templates

Without template visibility controls, recruiters can't protect their custom templates from unwanted changes, and admins lack the ability to set and manage template permissions. This creates risks of accidental edits, makes it difficult to maintain personal and company-wide templates effectively, and limits admins' control over template usage.

What Changed

Recruiters can create private templates, while admins can control which templates are public or private, ensuring efficient template management and access.

Prevents Duplicates by First/Last Name and Phone Number

Managing candidate records in a CRM is often complicated by the frequent creation of duplicate entries. Candidates enter the system from various sources—such as ATS platforms, job boards, and manual imports—which increases the likelihood of duplicate records over time. Existing deduplication tools are limited, typically identifying matches based only on email addresses and missing duplicates that share other identifiers like phone numbers. As a result, recruiters are forced to manually search for and merge these duplicates, a process that is both time-consuming and prone to errors, potentially leading to missed or lost candidate information.

What Changed

Finding and merging duplicate candidate records is now faster and more accurate. Our enhanced duplicate management capabilities automatically identifies matches based on both email addresses and phone numbers (with exact name)

Indeed Resume Search Depreciation

Why is this Feature being deprecated?
Indeed deprecates the Sourcing Platform API that supports this integration.

Is there a specific date on which the feature needs to be deprecated?

The Sourcing Platform API will no longer be available starting June 2, 2025.

Is there a workaround for customers using the deprecated feature?

No workaround for using Indeed sourcing through RM. Customers can manually import Indeed resumes into RM.

JV Looker Performance Improvements

Customers need Analytics performance to be optimal so they can get the reports and metrics needed in a timely manner. If reports do not load quickly, they lose interest and move on to their next task, losing trust in reporting.
